Football Varsity Head Coach Ken Peffer and his assistant, Glen Neilson had an improved season last year and are looking to improve even more this year. The JV will be headed by Keith Philapil and the Frosh Team will be coached by Gary Cordero and assited by Joe Hayfron. The Boosters repaired the 7 man Blocking sled this summer to help get those Eagles ready. Dan Martin from Secondary Fibre has our appreciation for the storage trailer donation. Kurt Nordvick generously provided the shelfing for the trailer |
Baseball The Varsity Baseball team coached by Tom Bischofberger and asssited by Brian Hashimoto is looking forward to a better 2004. The JV Team is coached by Frank Smith and assited by Frank Smith Jr. Over the past few years the boosters have done a major renovation of the dugouts, and backstop. In addition, an electronic scoreboard was acquired and installed. Thanks to Fremont Babe Ruth Bambinos for a wonderful donation. Hayward Electric was generous in their support by providing hardware and expertise in wiring the Scoreboard. A new grass infield has been added and the field looks great. The Scorebooth/Snack bar is great asset that is very functional and looks great. |
Wrestling Coach Fernando Jose is the new head coach for wrestling and we are expecting good things to happen. The boosters padded the walls of the wrestling room and an wonderful Eagle was painted on the wall by our favorite artist Sherie Tilghman. |
Track and Field Coach Mark Beller is the new head of Varsity track team. He will be assistebd by A. J. Numazu. Last year the boosters poured new pole vault pads, and corrected the on-ramp for the high jump. They also replaced the old long jump pits and repaired the shot put range. |
Soccer The Boys Varsity Soccer team is coached by Cory Brown, and Norm Bagaman. The Girls Varsity is coached by Joy Brahmst, and the Girls JV Team is coached by Roddy Lopez. Now that football has moved out of the storage shed into their own trailer, the Boosters repaired the floor for the soccer team |
Vollyball Paul Warren is the head coach for the Volleyball team, The JV Girls will be coached by Joany Neilson |
Tennis Joy Brahmst is the head coach for Girls Tennis. |
Golf Ed Villatoro's golf team went to NCS last year behind some excellent play by American Athletes and we are expecting more of the same this year. |

Booster News!!!. We have a stock of Stadium Blankets, They are red with a white Eagle with a blue border. A few Eagle Pride sweatshirts are still available, but they will go fast. A new supply of AHS booster hats are on order. A few American High School key chains are still available. We now have some neat window clings for $6.00 If you are currently an AHS booster member, see Byron Rodriques for your AHS Pride Licence Plate holder. The planning for the annual Crab Feed is already underway and our coordination for the Shark Tank and Raider Games support is in full swing. |

Weight Room The AHS weight room is getting lots of good action. All the teams seem to be using the new facility and we hope that will translate to better performance on the field. |
Wow What a Great Fall Season. Coach Mike Punscak and the cross country team finished First in MVAL again . Eagles Football had a great season, the first MVAL win in 4 years and a shot at an NCS berth. Booster were out in force, running the chains and supporting the teams. As always the AHS boosters stand ready to help in any way possible. Lets get ready for Basketball, Soccer and Wrestling |
